On May 30, 2005, 18-year-old Natalee Holloway vanished during a graduation trip to Aruba. For 18 agonizing years, her mother Beth fought for answers while Joran van der Sloot lied repeatedly. Then in October 2023, he finally confessed: he bludgeoned Natalee to death with a cinder block on a beach and pushed her body into the ocean. Five years later, he murdered another young woman—Stephany Flores—on the exact anniversary of Natalee’s death.
